IN ORDER TO
BE QUALIFIED, PARA-PROFESSIONAL CANDIDATES MUST DEMONSTRATE:
IN
ORDER TO HAVE SPECIFIC POSITION QUALIFICATIONS CONSIDERED, PARA-EDUCATORS
MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1)
Have a high school diploma.
2) Have one of the following:
a)
An AA Degree from an accredited academic college or university.
b) A minimum
of 75 college quarter credits.
c) Have passed
a district-recognized assessment of basic skills and instructional
proficiency (currently the ETS test).
