Let's pick up the pace this week with a 10 min video that will improve your strength and endurance. To make the exercises more challenging, increase your speed at which you complete the movement.

Help your student practice their fine motor skills for using a mouse or track pad to color online pages. You might need to help your child with their coordination skills and precision to select colors and click in the correct location. Keep this activity fun and simple as this may be a challenge for students with fine motor delays. Be mindful of spacing, line adherence, letter formation, and legibility. Line size per grade as follows: Kindergarten - 1 inch or greater 1st - 1 inch to 3/4 inch 2nd - 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch 3rd - 1/2 inch to Wide Ruled Paper (11/32 inch) 4th or older - Wide Ruled Paper (11/32 inch)
