Girls on The Run (GOTR), Tracey Styles, GOTR Coordinator, tracy.styles@cvch.org.
Girls on the Run is a youth development program that uses running and physical activity to inspire confidence and empower girls in grades 3–8. Through a research-based curriculum, trained coaches lead lessons that build social, emotional, and physical skills. The season culminates in a celebratory 5K, giving participants a tangible sense of achievement. Overall, the program helps girls develop healthy habits, strong relationships, and the confidence to boldly pursue their goals.
