This past year Eastmont adopted and implemented a new Student Information System (SIS) called Qmlativ. With the new program, access to the parent portal requires a valid and monitored email address.
Parents will be able to access information for all enrolled students associated with them through the Family Access portal.
Once you are logged in you will have access to the Skyward Help Center with helpful guides for how to view information about your child or children in the software.
Basic steps to access the Qmlativ Family Access parent portal and to receive ParentSquare messaging:
- Confirm your email/cell phone is accurate with building office personnel.
- If you have not received an opt-in text, contact your building office personnel.
If you have chosen to not participate in the past, but would like to begin receiving text notifications, please contact your school office personnel to make sure your cell phone number is current.
ParentSquare Messaging Services (*ACTIVE*)
Eastmont School District is also using ParentSquare for events, school closings, safety alerts, and emergencies. This system will deliver messages to your cellular phone using SMS and email.
To receive notifications is a two-step process:
- ParentSquare must have your correct cell phone number and email address (*if an email address is available).
- Each individual must opt in to receive notifications when the invite is received.
