I was under the impression that the CW9163E-MR was required to use the CISCO-NETWORK-SUB, SVS-L0SPT-CN, LIC-MR-A SKUs. If that is not the case, please use the Meraki MR licenses across the board. If I'm misunderstanding the question please let me know.
Also noting the "SERVICES REQUESTED" section states "show 'Base' and 'Enhanced' licensing options where available" for all proposals. Meaning Meraki MR Enterprise (Base) and Meraki MR Advanced (Enhanced) licensing is in consideration.
