Family & Consumer Science Education

In the Family & Consumer Science Education Career Cluster, students gain hands-on experience in ASL Interpretation, Child Development, and Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management.  These experiences build communication, creativity, and career readiness. Students explore ASL and Deaf culture, gain teaching experience through the Wee Wildcats Preschool and local elementary schools within the ESD, and develop culinary and hospitality skills in professional settings. Graduates are prepared for careers in education, interpreting, childcare, and the food service industry.
