Admissions (New Student Registration)

Enrollment Requirements

  1. Complete the EHS Enrollment/Registration Packet and return it to the EHS Registrar Office.
  2. Provide proof of address by submitting a current utlity statement/bill.
  3. Provide Birth Certificate.
  4. Provide Immunization Record.
  5. Have your current school fax the following to EHS Fax #: (509) 888-1297
    • Transcript
    • Withdraw grades with percentage grades, if transferring in mid-year
    • Disciplinary Record
    • Attendance History
    • State Assessment Scores
    • IEP/504 Plan
 If applicable, submit a copy of:
  • Parenting Plan
  • Court Order Documentation
  • Power of Attorney
